On Monday May 19th Vice President Julie Corkin attended the meeting of the Bodalla Embroiderers. The Auxiliary received a donation of $811.

The funds came from the sale to members of the amazing work of recently passed member Karel Cripps. 

Karel’s work also provided most of the recent Easter stall at Tuross Head that raised $1,000. 

Our Mothers Day Raffle was drawn by Carol Baines – Director of Midwifery & Nursing Moruya Hospital at the Moruya Hospital Auxiliary meeting on 5 May 2025.

1st prize winner was from Tuross Heads, 2nd prize winner from Moruya and the

3rd prize winner from Catalina. Congratulations to those winners.

Thank you to the Broulee Tennis Club for their ongoing support and recent donation of $650 from their charity day.

On Friday 22 November 2024 Anne Moylan, Joan George & Julie Corkin attended Moruya Hospital to view the portable Ultrasound purchased by the Hospital Auxillary.

On Saturday 23 November 2024 members of the Hospital Auxillary attended the Health Expo at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club. The Hospital Auxillary table at the Expo provided a wonderful opportunity to share information in regard to our work. Dr Michael Holland (our patron) was also there.

Anne Moylan & Eloise Whiffen attended the Vice Regal Community Reception with her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley (Governor of NSW) at the Moruya Surf Life Saving Club (South Head). Anne said it was a great night meeting other volunteers as well as the Governor.
